Born and raised in Cornwall, where my love for business started early. I spent my childhood in my parents’ hotel, learning the ropes of hospitality, operations, and customer service long before I knew those skills would shape my career. As the youngest of three siblings, I quickly found my own way, rolling up my sleeves, working hard, and never being afraid to try something new.
Over the years, I’ve worked across varied types of companies. From large corporate retailers to small, fast-moving scale-ups. That mix taught me how to blend big-picture strategy with the agility needed to grow in unpredictable markets.
With over 12 years of experience scaling retail and e-commerce brands, I’ve seen first-hand how fast growth can stretch founders to the brink.
From leading operations for global luxury concessions at Harrods and Selfridges to driving a startup’s revenue from £1.5M to £5.8M in just 12 months, I know what it takes to build a business that thrives, without losing its soul.
My background spans every layer of retail: in-store management, multi-channel launches, 3PL logistics partnerships, and scaling tech-powered operations.
As COO of The Edit LDN, I led a talented team to deliver multi-million-pound growth, strengthen supply chain resilience, and create unforgettable customer experiences across both digital and physical channels.
Today, I focus solely on Fractional COO work and strategic consulting, helping founders of retail and e-commerce brands move from reactive hustle to proactive, sustainable growth.
